SPRIG STUDIO

How to turn a product CSV into promotion images

Start with a small batch, check the matches, then scale up.

  1. Give every product a stable SKU

Include columns for sku,title,image_filename,price,original_price,label. SKU and title are required. Preserve leading zeros. Prices are display text: review currency and discounts yourself.

  2. Name and package the photos

Put photos in a ZIP. Use an explicit filename such as mug-001.jpg in the image column, or use matching SKUs in filenames. Avoid duplicate basenames in different folders. Resolve ambiguous matches in the studio.

    Download matching sample photos
  3. Import, map and inspect

Upload your table and image ZIP. Map the columns to product fields. Correct missing photos, empty titles and duplicate SKUs before continuing. Start with three products to stay within the free nine-image allowance.

  4. Choose a template and preview

Add your brand color and logo, choose sizes and inspect each preview. Square is 1080 × 1080, portrait is 1080 × 1350, and story is 1080 × 1920. These are common canvas sizes; placement requirements may differ by platform.

  5. Generate and keep your files

Generate the selected products, download the ZIP and inspect the finished images. Save a campaign version and brand recipe for next time. Downloads do not spend extra credits.
