Privacy and data retention
Effective October 10, 2026. Sprig Studio is operated by 杭州耘擎科技有限公司 (Hangzhou Yunqing Technology Co., Ltd.).
What we store
Account email, a salted password hash, a hashed recovery code, session tokens, credit usage and product campaign data. Passwords and recovery codes are not stored in plain text. Uploaded product images are processed to generate your requested assets; this service does not send them to a generative AI provider.
Retention and deletion
Uploaded files and export records expire after 24 hours. Account and credit records remain to support sign-in and prevent duplicate credit grants. You can delete a completed batch in the studio. Contact us for account deletion. Backups may retain account and credit records for up to 7 days; legal payment record requirements may require longer retention when billing is enabled.
Service providers and location
Cloudflare delivers the public site and forwards requests to our application server in China. Your account information and uploaded data may be processed outside your country. PayPal processes payments; we do not store card numbers. The free plan does not require payment.
Cookies and logs
Essential session cookies keep you signed in and protect requests. Basic operational logs and IP-based rate limits help prevent abuse. We count public page loads by a limited set of campaign labels, without tracking cookies or full referring URLs. Campaign labels are kept in this browser tab and can be associated with your account when you register. We record account milestones such as successful imports and exports to improve the service; these statistics and voluntary feedback are retained for up to 90 days, with up to 7 additional days in backups. Public-page analytics respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. We do not use advertising cookies or sell uploaded photos. Do not upload sensitive personal data or materials you do not have permission to use.
