SPRIG STUDIO

Change one product price without rebuilding every promotion

One candle changes from $24.00 to $20.00. The other two products stay the same. Use these files to practise reviewing the scope before generating a new batch.

Written by the Sprig Studio team · Checked October 10, 2026 · Fictional shop and example prices, not a real sale.

1. Keep a baseline with stable SKUs

Download the original three-product sheet and its photos. After exporting your own baseline batch in the studio, save the campaign version and brand recipe locally. A downloaded example ZIP is useful for inspection, but does not create an earlier export in your account.

2. Change just one price

Download the one-price update. Only CAN-001's price changes from $24.00 to $20.00. All SKUs, titles, filenames and other prices remain the same. Sprig Studio treats prices as display text; it does not calculate discounts or change your shop's checkout prices.

3. Compare, then inspect the selection

Import the updated sheet with the same photos and recipe. Select an earlier export or import the saved campaign version. Review new, changed, unchanged, incomplete and blocked rows. With a complete baseline and unchanged design, this exercise should identify one changed product. A template, photo, size or renderer change may require more outputs; do not assume only the price is considered.

4. Count the outputs before generating

One selected product in three sizes produces three images and uses three image credits when successful. A full three-product baseline in three sizes uses nine credits. Running both batches needs twelve credits; the initial free allowance alone does not cover both. You can instead explore the no-signup before/after demo without spending credits.

5. Hand off the current files

Open the new images and check the changed price in every chosen size. Keep old and current versions in clearly labelled folders so a teammate does not publish stale artwork. Download a review pack for offline checking. A missing row in the new sheet is not an instruction to delete a product, and Sprig Studio does not remove or update posts on your behalf.
